Built for Markets Where One Customer Matters.
RawROI is deliberately selective. The system works best where a single customer carries real commercial value, margins can support serious acquisition investment, and the business can fulfil the demand it creates.
RawROI's system is structurally suited to the categories below. We describe fit in terms of acquisition mechanics, not claimed decades of experience in every vertical.
High-Value Home Services
Nine categories where the job value is meaningful, the buying decision is considered, and the speed and quality of follow-up materially change the outcome.
Roofing and Exterior Restoration
High job value and strong seasonal and weather-driven demand spikes. Acquisition problems concentrate in expensive leads during peak periods, weak qualification between insurance and retail work, and slow follow-up when enquiry volume surges faster than the office can handle.
HVAC and Mechanical Services
A mix of emergency and replacement demand with very different economics. The common failures are treating both as one funnel, losing high-value system replacements inside a queue of low-margin service calls, and having no attribution between maintenance spend and replacement revenue.
Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration
Urgent, high-intent demand where speed to lead is close to decisive. Losses occur when response times slip past the window in which the customer is still deciding, and when marketing cannot distinguish between enquiries that became jobs and those that were never viable.
Foundation and Structural Repair
Long consideration cycles, high ticket values, and significant customer anxiety. Enquiries frequently need extended nurture before an inspection is booked, which is exactly where undisciplined CRM follow-up quietly destroys acquisition spend.
Plumbing, Repiping, Sewer, and Drain Services
Wide spread between routine call-outs and major repipe or sewer work. The acquisition problem is usually one of mix: campaigns generate volume at the low-value end while the projects that carry the margin remain under-served.
Luxury Remodeling and Design-Build
Long sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, and substantial project values. Generic creative attracts unqualified enquiries with mismatched budgets, and the cost of consultation time spent on poor-fit prospects is rarely measured.
Pool Construction and Outdoor Living
Highly seasonal, capital-intensive purchases with extended deliberation. Booking rates suffer when follow-up is not structured across the gap between initial interest and design consultation, and pipeline value is frequently invisible until it is lost.
Electrical and Generator Installation
Steady service demand alongside higher-value installation projects. Acquisition typically underperforms because both are marketed identically, and because installation enquiries requiring longer follow-up are handled with a service-call cadence.
High-Value Tree Removal and Land Clearing
Large variance in job size and margin. Campaigns often optimise toward the cheapest enquiry, which systematically favours small removals over the clearing contracts that justify the marketing investment.
The Same Failures, Across Every Category.
The industries differ. The structural problems rarely do.
- Long sales cycles with no nurture built for them
- Expensive leads measured without reference to close rate
- Weak lead qualification passed straight to sales
- Slow follow-up after the enquiry is generated
- Poor CRM discipline and inconsistent data entry
- Generic creative that attracts the wrong buyer
- Low booking and consultation rates
- Sales and marketing working from different definitions of quality
- Incomplete attribution across channels and devices
- Revenue leakage between enquiry and closed work
Where RawROI is not the right partner.
Categories with low customer value, thin margins, or no real sales process do not benefit from this model — the cost of the system outweighs what an additional customer is worth. That includes low-ticket local services and businesses whose primary objective is finding the cheapest vendor.
Low-ticket and unrelated service categories sit outside our current scope. We would rather say so than take the engagement.
